RFP360, an RFP software company based in Leawood, Kansas, has been acquired by Portland-based competitor, RFPIO. Jointly, the companies now provide RFP software to more than 200,000 users. Dave Hulsen, co-founder of RFP360 commented on the benefits for their customer base saying,

“From small businesses to large enterprises, they can get what they need from one place — and that’s a huge benefit to a customer … We now have very deep capabilities to continue innovation at a faster rate with a global reach.”

In 2020, RFP360 was honored in the Kansas City Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. In addition, the company secured two investments for a total of $12 million from Five Elms Capital.

As they move forward, the two companies will continue to deliver a full-circle solution RFPIO will provide advanced RFP response management solutions, while RFP360 will further invest in their request management platform.
