RFPIO, a leading request for proposal (RFP) software company, has acquired Kansas-based rival company, RFP360. The move merges software solutions designed for the two sides of the RFP process: buyers that issue RFPs and the vendors that respond to them. Dave Hulsen, co-founder of RFP360 will remain with the company and join RFPIO’s leadership team. Hulsen shared his enthusiasm for the future saying,

“We couldn’t be more proud to be joining forces with a company like RFPIO that shares a commitment to driving the response management category forward. Together, we look forward to continuing to make a difference in driving the future of business-to-business procurement.”

Focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness, many of their combined 200,000 users expand the value of the software beyond RFPs, leveraging the software for due diligence questionnaires, internal communications and security questionnaires.
