RFP360 adds artificial intelligence to robust search engine
Enhancements promote better, faster, and smarter search results
Kansas City, MO — Nov. 6, 2018 — RFP360, the leading provider of end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) software for issuers and responders, today announced the addition of artificial intelligence (AI) to its search engine.
With the addition of AI, RFP360’s bulk auto-answer tool, KnowlEdge, will now provide more relevant responses to previously answered questions — resulting in improved accuracy, increased time savings, and ultimately, more effective RFPs and proposals.
“The addition of AI is the latest example of our commitment to drive the market forward and to provide our customers with innovative solutions,” said StuartLudlow, technical lead and co-founder at RFP360. “Our enhanced search engine willempower RFP responders to quickly and easily see the most relevant content, and most importantly, it will grow more effective over time.”
With the inclusion of AI, RFP360’s KnowlEdge will contain machine learning tools users can use to teach the software which responses best answer questions — resulting in increasingly high-quality responses in less time.
“We’re thrilled about the significance of adding AI to our platform,” said, David Hulsen, operations lead and co-founder at RFP360. “We’re always focused on innovation, and this addition genuinely supports the reason we began this business — to empower people to focus more time and energy on their core business.”
RFP360 continues to add innovative functionality that transforms how businesses approach the RFP process.
“Adding AI will drastically reduce the time people spend on mundane tasks, allowing them to focus on the most impactful parts of their job,” said Steven Evans, software engineer. “And this is only the beginning.”
RFP360 is the only end-to-end RFP software on the market that streamlines processes for RFP issuers and responders. Since launching in 2012, RFP360 software has been leveraged by more than 23,000 users in over 500 organizations across four continents.
